VERSION 2026-10-10.1 · 10 OCTOBER 2026

Terms of Service

1. The agreement and who may use the service

These terms are between Abontech, India (“Abontech”, “we”, “us”) and the person or organization using Omni, Orbit, Email, Email Finder, Calendar or the WhatsApp product when available. Contact meet@abontech.com for contractual notices, support and privacy requests. A separately signed agreement governs if it expressly overrides these terms.

You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering this agreement, and authorized to act for any organization you represent. New users must actively accept the displayed terms before registration can complete. We record the version and time of acceptance. Merely changing these pages does not manufacture acceptance on your behalf.

The Privacy Notice describes processing; acknowledging it is not a waiver of privacy rights. Acceptance of these terms is not permission to train a shared model with your customer data, conduct unrelated marketing, or activate a future optional purpose.

2. One account, organization and shared wallet

An Omni login email maps to one Omni organization/workspace. Authorized members use that organization’s shared credits. An organization’s owner and administrators manage membership and permissions. Product databases remain separate; a common login does not merge unrelated customers, inboxes, sender accounts or legacy workspaces.

Preserved legacy administrator access to another workspace does not transfer that workspace’s funds or records into your organization. Connecting an existing account may require proof of access. You must not share credentials, bypass account checks, misrepresent ownership or access a former client’s information without authority.

Use strong credentials, protect provider tokens and device sessions, maintain accurate contact information and promptly report suspected compromise. Actions carried out by your authorized members can spend the organization’s balance.

3. Products, permissions and availability

Orbit supports LinkedIn outreach, connected-account workflows, prospect records and available research/reply analysis. Email supports connected mailboxes, contacts, campaigns, sequences, inbox replies and reporting. Email Finder supports discovery, verification and resolution. Calendar supports availability, booking, notifications and authorized calendar connections. WhatsApp is Coming soon on Omni; an announcement or feature description is not a commitment to a launch date.

Features depend on your access, enabled integrations, provider permissions and product availability. An Omni installation opens the products’ web dashboards; it needs internet access and may open a browser tab or view. It does not install offline copies of all customer databases.

You authorize the specific operations you request or configure, including scheduled messages, synchronization and enabled automations. Disconnect a provider or pause a workflow when you no longer authorize it. A queued or provider-accepted operation may not be retractable.

4. Credits, charges and disputes

Omni offers USD packs of $25 for 3,000 credits, $50 for 7,500 credits, and $100 for 20,000 credits. A new eligible organization receives 500 welcome credits once, not once per member or product. Existing organizations do not receive duplicate welcome grants. Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled; displayed packs do not mean checkout is currently open.

The credit schedule below explains standard deductions. Variable AI research needs the applicable product’s disclosed quote/rate. A reservation temporarily reduces available credits before a charge settles. Uncertain external outcomes can remain reserved while reconciled; retries must not create a second charge for the same billable operation.

Credits are service usage units, not money deposits, investments or a transferable currency. Third-party subscriptions, provider fees, taxes and currency conversion are separate unless checkout expressly includes them. An expressly granted unlimited entitlement exempts the named organization from metered deductions; it does not remove provider limits, acceptable-use rules or guarantee unlimited computing resources.

Report an incorrect deduction or payment to meet@abontech.com with the transaction reference, without sending full card details. We review duplicate, unauthorized and incorrect charges and correct verified errors. Refunds, withdrawal rights and payment reversals follow applicable law and any terms disclosed before the purchase. We do not impose a blanket waiver of mandatory refund rights. Closing a workspace does not by itself settle a billing dispute.

5. Lawful outreach and acceptable use

You are responsible for the lawful source of your contact lists, the notices and permissions required for your outreach, the content you send, and compliance with applicable marketing, communications, privacy and platform rules. A public profile, discovered address or verification result is not consent to receive marketing.

Honor opt-outs and objections. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, malware, unlawful scraping, bypassing provider restrictions or collecting unnecessary sensitive information. Do not re-import suppressed contacts to evade an objection. Do not use inferred intent for employment, credit, insurance, health, housing or similarly significant eligibility decisions.

You must have authority to connect each mailbox, LinkedIn account, phone number or calendar, and to transfer records between product workspaces. Agreement by an account holder does not extinguish the rights of prospects, invitees or other people whose information appears in the account.

6. Content ownership, reply mapping and predictions

You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit and reproduce it as necessary for the features you authorize and the retention purposes described in the notices. That permission is limited by applicable law, valid withdrawal/erasure requests and provider restrictions; it is not a sale of your contacts to Abontech.

Available reply analysis associates messages with the appropriate organization, connected sender, conversation, prospect and campaign where reliable identifiers exist. It may classify interest, questions, objections, out-of-office replies or opt-outs, and apply configured pause/stop rules. Read the Data, Replies & Retention Notice for product-specific behavior and the planned content-and-timing signal system.

Labels, scores, recommendations and generated content can be incomplete, biased, stale or wrong. They are estimates, not proof of a person’s intention or promises of a reply, sale, booking or delivery. Review consequential actions and content before use. No shared, cross-customer training or customer data sale is authorized by these terms.

7. Third-party services and provider restrictions

Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta/WhatsApp, mailbox providers, payment providers and enabled research/AI services are separate providers with their own terms. Provider access may expire or be limited or suspended. We do not promise approval of automation, exemption from account restrictions, or affiliation with those providers.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use, and applicable Google Workspace policies. Your agreement cannot override these restrictions. Connected Google data is not authorized for sale, advertising profiles or general/shared AI model training. Calendar data is used for the disclosed scheduling functions.

8. Closure, recovery, archives and erasure

You may request account or workspace closure at meet@abontech.com. We verify authority and distinguish removing a member, disconnecting an integration and closing the whole organization. Removing a member does not erase the active organization’s legitimate shared business records.

For an authorized whole-workspace closure, you may request recovery within 30 days, subject to available data, verification and legal/provider restrictions. After that window, customer recovery is not promised. Closure and the end of the recovery window do not automatically mean every database, financial record or backup has been erased.

Some business records and derived signals have no preset automatic expiry and may remain in a restricted organization-specific archive. This is not an unconditional right to retain identifiable data forever. Retention must remain necessary for a disclosed lawful purpose, and erasure, restriction and provider obligations take precedence. Continued analysis after closure is a separate, currently unlaunched purpose requiring its own controls and lawful authorization.

A verified erasure request is assessed separately from closure. We explain what can be erased, what must temporarily remain, the reason, and the relevant period or review criteria. Minimal transaction, dispute, security, agreement and suppression records may remain where necessary and lawful. Backups and copies already received by independent recipients have distinct limits, explained in the notices.

9. Security, suspension and service changes

We use access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to the service, but cannot guarantee that all security incidents, outages or data loss will be prevented. Keep exports of records you need independently. We may reasonably restrict access to address abuse, material non-payment, security threats, law or breaches of these terms, with notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where practical and lawful.

Features, rates and integrations may change prospectively. We will identify material changes and obtain renewed agreement or separate permission when required. An old acceptance record remains evidence of the old version; it is not rewritten to claim agreement to a later one.

10. Warranties, liability and responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate predictions, provider compatibility, deliverability, commercial results or the absence of every scheduling conflict.

Subject to the exceptions below, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or lost profits or business opportunities, and Abontech’s aggregate liability for ordinary contractual claims arising in a twelve-month period is limited to the greater of USD 100 and the fees you paid Abontech for the affected services in the twelve months before the event. This limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

Nothing excludes or limits fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any liability, consumer remedy, data protection right or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not prevent you from reporting a concern to a regulator or bringing a lawful claim.

For business customers, you are responsible for third-party claims to the extent caused by your unlawful content, lack of authority to supply data, or deliberate misuse of the service. This does not make you responsible for Abontech’s own breach or fault. We will notify you of a claim and cooperate reasonably; no settlement may impose an admission or obligation on you without your agreement.

11. Applicable law, disputes and contact

Indian law governs this agreement, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you elsewhere. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an unlawful forum restriction, a class-action waiver or a waiver of mandatory consumer protections.

Contact meet@abontech.com first where practical so we can investigate a complaint; this does not suspend a legal filing deadline or limit urgent remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. No wording in these terms guarantees immunity from legal claims.

Standard credit deductions

The current product interface explains applicable reservations and variable research costs. WhatsApp pricing will be disclosed before launch.
